What is Sound Therapy/Healing?

Sound healing/therapy and also known as a Sound Bath, Sound Journey or Vibrational Therapy, is a remarkable and natural technique that can help your body, mind and spirit with a holistic approach with the use of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, shaman rattles and much more.
Our bodies are made of over 70% water, therefore, when each instrument is played, your body becomes bathed in the sounds and vibrations that the instrument creates resulting in a healing and meditative state.
There are many benefits of a sound bath/journey. Here are just a few:
Increased relaxation
Improved sleep & regulates the nervous system
Decreased
stress and anxiety
Improved mental clarity and boost in mood
Pain relief and Physical healing
Overall increased sense of well being
Chakra Alignment
&
much more

Crystal Singing bowls are made of quartz and are tuned to the body's chakra centers. Each bowl represents a chakra: notes C, D, E, F, G, A and B correspond to each of the seven basic chakras.

The instruments facilitate the flow of energy freely in your body, eliminating any blockages that may be causing you
physical or emotional issues.
