What is Sound Therapy/Healing?

Sound healing/therapy and also known as a "Sound Bath" is a remarkable and natural technique that can help your body, mind and spirit with a holistic approach with the use of crystal singing bowls, metal bowls, chimes, gongs, Solfeggio tuning forks, shaman rattles and much more.

Our bodies are made of over 70% water, therefore, when each instrument is played, your body becomes bathed in the sounds and vibrations that the instrument creates resulting in a healing and meditative state.

Crystal Singing bowls are made of quartz and are tuned to the body's chakra centers. Each bowl represents a chakra: notes C, D, E, F, G, A and B correspond to each of the seven basic chakras.

The instruments facilitate the flow of energy freely in your body, eliminating any blockages that may be causing you physical or emotional issues.
